How Medcare handles data on the public website
Scope
The public website may process technical data needed for secure operation. Registration, profile, and booking data is handled in the separate app.medcare.bg platform.
Contact and rights
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email support@medcare.bg. Do not send medical records or sensitive health data by ordinary email.
External services
Map and other external services open only when a visitor chooses their links and are governed by the provider's policies.
Campaign measurement
Only after explicit consent, Medcare keeps limited advertising parameters such as UTM values and a Google click ID for up to 30 days to measure whether a partner campaign led to a completed booking. No name, email, phone number, visit reason, diagnosis, or other health information is sent.
